Some Important Questions I'm Often Asked....
Q: How long have you been in real estate?
I have over 14 years of real estate experience combined with many years of successful marketing experience. I brought with me many new and innovative concepts that I have applied to selling condos.
Q: Why did you decide to specialize in condos?
When I bought my condo I was not in real estate and it appeared that many agents really weren’t very informed about condos. That stuck with me and when I entered real estate I thought that would be a great place to focus my attention. That decision has proven to be a great move for me.
Q: Why are you associated with HUFF Realty instead of another broker?
I spent 7 years with another “big” broker and finally realized that I work for my Sellers and that I owed them the best representation possible. That’s why I’m with HUFF. Selling condos demands as much exposure as I can possibly get. HUFF helps me by their extensive advertising as the Homes.Com magazine. My condo listings run till they are sold. HUFF gives me the marketing tools that I need. We have an awesome internet presence but most important we have a presence in Campbell County. Over 55,000 cars drive past our office on US27 each day. HUFF has a commanding market share in Campbell County. Just drive around and look at the number of for sale signs. As a matter of fact through August 9th, 2008 we have over 19% of all the listings and in Campbell County.
Q: Since you’re so proud to be with HUFF what’s the most important thing HUFF offers?
I think that HUFF has its roots in Kentucky where other companies have their branches. We are a company that is committed to Northern Kentucky. We invest in Northern Kentucky and we live in Northern Kentucky. That’s very important to me and also to my Sellers. I live here!
